Internal audit certificate: Quality control

Our regranulates are tested continuously (online) and classified in our own laboratory. At least 5 samples are taken from the relevant homogenised production batch (1 truck load = ca. 24 tons). These are analysed according to specific parameters. Thereafter, the batch is either released for loading and classified or is barred for subsequent processing. Upon customer request, deliveries are provided with a works delivery certificate. Quality assurance also includes the reservation of samples, which is standard practice within the industry. The key mechanical values are regularly tested in independent laboratories and are specified in our data sheets based on test series.
