In order to influence the material properties of the regranulate, we incorporate additional
additives and/or fillers (compounding) during the production process according to our customers’
wishes. Thus, for example, the colour, the maximum processing temperature and also the impact resistance
can be changed.
Here you will find an overview of our product classes and their opportunities for modification.
Regranulates: New applications through modification
Regranulates from mtm plastics are excellently suited to the common plastics processing techniques of injection moulding and extrusion and can be processed further into high quality semi-finished or end products without difficulty. For example, Dipolen® is used:
- for toys
- for window profiles
- for household goods
- for pipes and fittings
- for garden equipment and accessories
- for buckets and mortar pails
- for transport packaging (pallets, stacking crates, wedges etc.)
- for office furniture
- for rain water management
- for measures to aerate the soil
Here, we would like to present our Dipolen® range of regranulate products and their opportunities for modification.
