Manufacture

In the first step of production, the waste scrap is processed to grinding stock. Then it is cleaned in a combined washing and separating system and subsequently processed to form regranulates. In this technology, the material is melted and kneaded (plasticised) and completely blended (homogenised). After that, the melted plastic is degassed, filtered and cleared from remaining foreign substances.
